Pacifying Vata: Calming Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Pain & Excessive Thought
In this workshop we will teach you about the qualities of the Vata dosha and how to keep it from being out of balance. We will give some experiential demonstrations to help you with your battle against the Vata season and the Vata part of the day. There will be an Ayurvedic food tasting incorporating the tastes that pacify Vata Sweet, Sour and Salty. Diet and lifestyle play a huge part in keeping Vata from becoming an excessive force that contributes to so much of the disease we see in our world today.
